My daughter - who is extremely shy and has social anxiety - went to Cobham for a week's camp. She was nervous on the first day but the activity staff were brilliant and made sure that she was happy and helped her make friends. She went from a little girl who cried when I dropped her off on day 1 to crying when she had to leave on the last day as she would miss Barracudas so much! The early drop offs were brilliant for me as it meant I could still work as normal.I would thoroughly recommend Barracudas and we will be using them again at Easter.
My daughter (7yrs) has attended the Bedford summer camp two years running, just for a few days to break up the holiday and play with other kids. She's also attended different holiday clubs nearby and says this is the best by far. There are lots of activities for them to choose from and something different everyday. As a parent, drop off and pick up are very quick due to their QR code system. I booked the flexible option and had to use switch days when my daughter was ill - customer service was good and had no problems.
Barracudas WatfordMy children attend every Summer and have been coming for about 7 years. They enjoy all the activities and a great way to entertain them. They make lots of new friends each year. Also really nice to see the OG group, activity leaders, and the blue shirts.
The last 3 summer camps were great, my child lived it, zctivities delivered as scheduked for most part, and with resources as advertised, plus mostly enthusiastic staff. This year was very poor++. Some instances of bullying in front of staff, staff did nothing as they were 'talking to each other' and 'not interested' according to my child. Activitiy resources were very poor eg children promised 'water fight' with water guns/balloons, instead thet 'plastic cups' and told 'dont use too many as we only have few'. Pool shut, they had inflatable water slude that broke and was not replaced. On and on. Staff loojed 'board regid' or subdued/disinterested. Except for 1 staff. My son had to go for 5 days, he normalky comes out happy, this year came out 'flat' in mood+++. Not happy at all. Is this what I pay nearly £45 a day for?. Really very much false advertising this year. Very disapointing indeed.
