I had my questions addressed, and I appreciate the assistance. A suggestion would be to ensure that any filters we apply display both the email and contact information. This would greatly aid us in obtaining specific contact details tailored to our business needs.
Every single phone call it lags, gives an issue, sometimes when it does lag i close out the entire tab but it would continue playing the voicemails for 2+ minutes even though the dialer is not even opened. Its pulling teeth trying to get this to work. After 2 months of using this your better off using a different dialer or just use google voice single dialer you get better pickup conversions that way
