The fitter was reliable and trustworthy; I could leave him to work independently, and he always cleaned up after himself, ensuring everything was neat when he finished. He provided the best advice and always prioritized the customer's interests. I would definitely recommend him and the company to anyone considering a new bathroom. We are absolutely over the moon with the service provided by the bathroom company. From deciding what items to purchase, planning a start date, taking out the old bath and converting the space into a walk-in shower. We recently used The Bathroom group to refurbish our upstairs family bathroom and redecorate our downstairs cloakroom. This included having a new window installed in the bathroom as well. Andy and his team were absolute stars and we were really impressed with the finish. Throughout we were kept updated and they managed to exceed our expectations by getting our bathroom completed earlier than expected- very much appreciated as due to a leak we had been unable to use the shower.
Finally I can’t write a review without mentioning Jo in the office, who is absolutely brilliant. She helped my wife and I through the initial design and was very patient with a few amendments we had to make. She also remembered the little details every time we spoke which added that extra personal touch.
We are so pleased we chose Bathroom Group UK again to renovate our Bathroom. Matt and his team have done a fantastic job. The work is of a very high standard and high quality finish. His team were punctual, hardworking and courteous leaving the place clean and tidy each day. There was excellent communication and everything ran smoothly. We would recommend them 100%.
