Review Time
I waited two weeks for the part, leaving me without my oven the entire time. When it finally arrived, it was the wrong part. I can't fully blame the service, but having someone available for communication might have avoided this issue. I started the return process and sent the part back two days later, but have received no updates since. Now I am out the cost of the part and shipping, and had to buy a new oven to avoid further delays.
Deceptive practices. I placed an order on September 1st, with a shipment expected by September 8th. They took my money on September 2nd, but I received nothing despite contacting customer support. Two months later, I received an email canceling the order while suggesting an alternative supplier at a higher cost. I paid more and received a confirmation for delivery in 1-2 weeks. More money was taken, and then another email arrived a week later saying the order was canceled. Avoid this service; they are unreliable and take your money without delivering.
I received parts for a very old Nilfisk GM 80 hover, which I had difficulty finding. I got a telescopic handle and a total hose. I was able to search on the website and knew they would fit. Very pleased with the customer service and delivery. Thrilled to have my great hover back in action. Thank you.
