I began my journey with the program this summer after finishing their onboarding process, and it has been outstanding. Having sailed smaller boats for many years, I was encouraged by a friend to enroll in the academy to train as a skipper. I entered the course feeling knowledgeable, but soon realized there was so much more to discover. The instructors are incredibly skilled, and I’ve had an amazing time this summer as a skipper, with many more adventures ahead.
Working for the company has truly transformed my life. I started as a host and, after a season, I chose to become a skipper. Transitioning directly from my Yachtmaster to skipper academy was a significant step. The knowledge I gained, both in the academy and through hands-on experience, supported by the incredible staff, has been invaluable. I began my journey in the industry with the company after successfully completing their training program, which provided me with the foundation and confidence I needed to enter the field.
