Well, where do I start the first couple times II bought from it took forever to get here. The marijuana Burns up fast. It's dry then order it again and they can't even ship it to me, they just take my money and won't give me a refund or won't give me horrible company. I don't even know if they're a company.
The bud is decent, it really depends on your tolerance and the strains you pick. My review is about the lack of options when it comes to shipping. They only offer USPS. In my area USPS is highly inefficient and im often waiting longer than expected. Last order I paid for priority thinking it'd make a difference. Absolutely not. I've been waiting over a week and a half for bud coming from 2 states away. Carrier pigeon would be faster at this point. @ Bay kindly offer you customers more than one shipping option. USPS screw ups be it your fault or not forces people to look elsewhere to avoid the shipping nightmare that is USPS. PS the post office called me today to come pick up my stuff because they're too short staffed to guarantee redelivery before the weekend. Pure trash I tell ya.
At the start of December, there was a charge from this company that I did not authorize. Since then, I have been informed that I would receive a refund, but over a month has passed without any resolution. If my money is not returned to my account today, we will be forced to consider legal action for theft.
Save your money and look elsewhere. I've dealt with this service twice, and both times were problematic. The first experience involved mold and mildew along with numerous seeds. This time, they took nearly a week after my order to inform me that the item was out of stock, with no clear restock date, even though it's still listed on their site. At this point, I just want a refund.
