I received coffee beans that were not roasted on or after the date I placed my order. I wrote to Beanz and they offered to replace them free of charge. That's great service! I look forward to receiving my replacement coffee beans soon.

Excellent resolution for delivery issue!

I experienced a delay with my delivery, and the team acknowledged there was an issue at the roasters. I was quite frustrated as I had run out of coffee. However, the team kindly sent me a complimentary bag of coffee to tide me over until my order arrived. Overall, a very satisfied customer. Great job!

Mixed feelings about the subscription

I opted for this subscription as I'm still exploring different roasts and types of beans. Unfortunately, the first two bags I received in October 2025 were expired! These were chosen for me, and I didn’t know I could select my own. I answered three questions and trusted the service to send something enjoyable. Thankfully, they were expired because the espresso I made tasted terrible. I’m surprised a well-known brand partners with this service. The questions asked didn’t help gauge my preferences; they should ask about roast levels instead. Additionally, after spending a significant amount on an espresso machine, the tutorials recommend using beans with a roast date. My bags not only lacked a roast date but were also expired! I wouldn’t expect to pay for a subscription that sends a $20 bag of beans without a roast date. While customer service was helpful in replacing the bags, I lack confidence in the quality from this service and their overall operation. It’s disappointing, as the coffee bean subscription market is competitive, and this service missed the mark significantly. If I want beans with an expiration date, I can easily find them elsewhere. Sadly, this service will not receive my business again; I will choose another subscription instead.

Long-time subscriber, but feeling let down

As a long-time subscriber, I’ve always valued the convenience and quality. However, my recent experiences have been disappointing. Customer service response times have slowed, and resolutions haven’t met expectations. After several issues and delays, I’m feeling frustrated and starting to doubt the service I once relied on. I hope for improvements soon.
