I did receive my package because for some reason it can be delivered to my house while everything else can. I got a app box the customer service never responds and when the subscription went again by accident i’m ignored again. I want my refund and my at least one of the products i paid for.
I consistently order from here because of the quality of their goods and their CONSTANT promotions! The prices are amazing and I always look forward to their weekly sales. I love their serum selection too. Only issue was I received a damaged bottle once but they fixed that issue promptly. I wonder if there will be a discount for subscription boxes again?

Also offers several subscription offers which are all amazing and at a excellent price point ! Delivery is always fast and products are packed well to prevent damage. They offer a option of in which you can apply insurance to your package in case package gets lost.There is a rewards program which is wonderful ! Points add up fast and you can use points towards products or subscription. They have promotions on Fridays and Mondays where they discount facial masks and skin care products.Facetory really is the place to go for all your skin care needs !!
Facetory is great about having money saving promotions such as Masking Monday and Friday Faves, deep discounts every week that help me afford the skincare I am so interested in trying. While those deals may eventually sell out over the week, the site never crashes, or locks me out and there are always new deals next week. They have also been introducing their own sheetmasks, and skincare products that are all really well done. I've always received my orders promptly and everything they sell has been thoughtfully curated, so I've never been disappointed with anything I ordered, or anything in my subscription boxes from them (I've tried all their subscription options, but currently get the quarterly lux box, my favorite subscription box!). They always have the newest stuff and have fantastic customer service, plus their rewards system is generous and easy to use, with benefits that I really want, such as significant money off my orders. It's a great company and the only negative I can think of is that when sheet masks sell out, there is no way to know when, or if, a product will be restocked.
I love the subscription options, filled with goodies at a great price. I also have the fridge which is super cute! It holds a surprising amount of product inside.They have been responsive to my requests in a timely manner, items are packed nicely to prevent damage in shipping, and items are a good value.
