Was offered a credit for poor quality and never got one

Have been trying for months to have a credit actually "credited" to my account and it's been impossible to get the staff to honor their word. Keep getting the run around. Been a loyal customer for years and it's disappointing to be treated this way. Buyer beware!

They don't respond once issues start to arise

This company always has products out of stock and doesn't even tell you. Then they will ship half of your $2000+ order for you only to realize once you get it that you're missing half your stuff. Then when you try and get in touch with them they will ignore your emails that they were once so prompt to answer when placing an order. And don't even try to call them because NO ONE ANSWERS. The phone will ring and ring and ring. RUN FROM AURLAINE BEAUTY

Used to be an amazing reliable company

Used to be an amazing reliable company, but unfortunately not any longer. They are not responding about my order that hasn’t arrived in 3 weeks and no shipping information available. Had to put a claim through the bank. Just a note: I worked with them for years!!! And always been great, but not any longer. It’s a second time it’s happening, so unfortunately will be searching other companies for my brow line.
