Review Time
I received pay off my order on a very damaged box. No packing slip. Tape covering the whole box. I imagine this was the shipping company's fault, but when I tried to contact customer service at the website, no one ever answered the phone or returned my call. Email hasn't been answered. 150 down the drain.
I was at the store in Wentzville, MO. i had an appointment for a premium pedicure. Bree is a magician. My nails on both my largest toe are hard to cut and look like horns. Not only was she able to make them look normal, but she also removed the calluses from the bottom of my feet! I truly am in awe of having feet i am not ashamed to show off!
If I could give zero stars I would. I have ordered several times in the past with no problem. This time during their semi annual sale I placed an order online and was notified it was cancelled. Customer service finally responded to me and said it was fraud prevention and to try a different card. I placed a second order using a different card and that one was cancelled too! I suspect they are just out of stock on the products and not updating their website. What a waste of my time!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM OUTFIT!!!!If I could give Beauty Brands zero stars I would. I have dealt with them twice: once on a pants order with Woman Within, and once with a body shaper from Catherines. Bpth times, I have had items not sized as expected. When I returned them, I got no refund, could not get any response about my return/refund. It's like contacting nobody. You will never get a dime of refund from these Beauty Brand companies. You will never get a response. All you ever get on their website as you look and look for a way to contact them is the live chat to nowhere and that stupid spin to win thing.
Horrible Customer Service! I have called their number for three days with no response or call back. They do not allow you to wait for the next available attendant and ask that you leave your name and number for a call back. I have done so three times with no call back from them. They did not include one of my items in the shipment so I have been charged for something I did not receive.
They never sent me an email after purchase. I had to email customer service days after order was placed. Customer service advised me that half of my order was not even in stock, but that the rest would still be sent. Then after that more waiting, Order was in limbo for days, then randomly cancelled with no explanation, just an automated email saying it has been cancelled. Contacted Customer service and they said they do not know either, only some higher ups know but that I am not allowed to speak to them? Why? so the poor third world call center can take all the heat while the higher ups just take all the money? Customer service never responded about my refund after cancellation, I had to call my bank and get a charge back. This place makes me sick to think of, just another shady business that gets away with whatever it can, whenever it can.........
Took an item back to 15320 Shawnee mission pkwy location 3 days ago called to see why it was taking so long to get my refund back on my debit card and noticed the sale tax was wrong they owed me .20 cents said i would have to come in the store to collect it. I asked if it can jist bw put back on my card method of payment no was the answer when i asked remy to speak with a general manager she transferred me I got a rude snotty general manager she said ( your not going to worry me on .20 refund so i yes I cursed her out because she was talking over me i called corporate and now i’m waiting for their call back . I will not shop at that location ever again . I will treat you on how you treat me .

What's even more frustrating is that the reason provided was "previous online order issues," yet no one from Beauty Brands bothered to reach out and inform me about the cancellation.As a loyal customer, this lack of communication is deeply disappointing. They swiftly escalated my concerns to Angie at the corporate office. Regrettably, the proposed resolution did not adequately address the range of issues stemming from my recent combined purchase of $300 at Beauty Brands.The proposed compensation consisted of a 20% discount on my order and a $10 Beauty Brands discount code. Recognizing the gravity of the situation, I conveyed that these measures were significantly insufficient. Consequently, I have chosen to amend my review to reflect two stars, recognizing the commendable effort of their social media team in providing a more personalized interaction rather than a standard, generic response.I've come to the conclusion that my expectations for an improved experience moving forward are not promising. Given the substantial letdown by their customer service, I've made the decision to discontinue any future business transactions with Beauty Brands. Instead, I will be exclusively shopping at Ulta for my hair products and other beauty essentials. Ulta's commitment to superior customer satisfaction and the genuine value they place on individual patrons far surpasses the token gesture of a $10 gift card and a 20% discount offered by Beauty Brands. Edit number 2: I was reached out to once more offering the sale price for items I would like to purchase and I was told they would request credit to my order once placed. It’s a month later and my credit card was still charged the full price and no one has reached out to respond to my most recent inquiry as to why no credit has been given. This has truly been one of the worst company interactions and responses I’ve personally had to deal with. I highly recommend shopping elsewhere. Beauty Brands definitely doesn’t put the customer first.
I’ve never had any issues! And if I did, customer service fixed it right away to make things right. But I don’t think I’ve had any issues what so ever in a few years now. I always hit the liter sales!! SO much cheaper then the Ulta liter sales!! And when they have sales on all of the good hair products…. I’m in!! I love shopping here during sales!! Shipping is normally about one week. That’s not too bad! My box is usually pretty full too! But I also buy products for my daughter and my little granddaughter. These deals are really hard to find anywhere else!! The coupons they send to my email make it even harder for me to not buy stuff! Lol so think it’s a great company now! About 6 years ago I so, I would of said something else. But places change. They seemed to of changed for the better! The one thing I miss is getting free samples with my packages. I always ioved it! Not sure why they took them away. It got me hooked onto products I’ve never tried before. But oh well. I’m still a huge fan!!
I have not ordered a product from beauty brands but have had dealings with them re the company they took over from (beautify me). My product $114 did not arrive and no refund was given and I was unable to contact Beautify Me to follow it up. Instead, mina from Beauty Brands courteously replied and apparently contacted Beautify Me on my behalf. I believe she tried actually but I'm anxious that she has taken over from another company which was not honourable.
