Review Time
At the start Trevor in beaver log cabins was great to deal with however as time went on trying to get warranty issues fixed has become a no go. Even before COVID our cabin developed a noise in the roof that makes it very uncomfortable sitting inside depending on the direction of the wind. We now have 3 water leaks coming in and we have phoned 6-8 times left messages, emailed all to no avail. We even looked to have the cabin painted by them and still no return calls If I knew what we know now I would have got my cabin elsewhere
Great Cabin really fab and getting hours of enjoyment in it - the team at Beaver Log Cabins are super professional Chris , Mark and Jonny’s team were excellent, nothing was an issue, Trevor you have a great team and thank you all for making our back garden come to life and making evenings truly enjoyable outdoors, no matter what the weather is like Regards Eric
what can I say but thank you so much.I ordered a custom L shapered cabin to be my new workshop with one big section and one small section. The designer they provided was a huge help in me making exactly what i wanted.I now not only have an amazing cabin but it has helped create the most amazing garden overall i've ever seen. I sent lots of pics to Beaver Log Cabin and it's great to see there using them. Looking at the photo's they put up it almost doesn't seem real and that its my cabin there using as i still can't belive how stunning it looks.The two guys i've been speaking with Andy and Kelvin have but nothing but utterly amazing and there have been lots of calls friendly chats and discussions about the work to be done prior construction and i can't say enough about how amazing they have both been. Because of Covid there was a little delay but my god Andy and kelvin didn't stop doing eveything they could to get it to me and this was at the worst of it. I'm so amazed at how professional polite and kind they have been and i still chat to them now to see how there doing. I honestly feel i have two new friends through the whole process. I was helping a school put up a crap shed 16 x 20ft they had got and it wouldn't go together correctly as it was such a mess. So i rang kelvin out of the blue and told him the problem the school had and in seconds he had arranged for a REAL stables to be sent to the school and he did everything he could to help the school get what they needed. They now have way more than they could have hoped for and the whole school is so incrediably grateful to them as the school is a school for disabled people. Having such an amazing company like this go out of there way to help someone they have never seen is so rare in this world and just shows how amazing these guys are and the company.The gentlemen that built the cabin where utterly amazing. they did a 3 day job in 2 days in nonstop pouring rain. they where socked to the bone but didn't stop working.I'm hoping in about 5 years i can move into a biiger home and i will be getting a bigger cabin from these guys because i know for a fact there will be there to help, do everything they can to make it as easiy as possible for me and if there is ever a issue they will will always be there to help me.This company is rare and amazing trust me i cant say enough about them. Kelvin, Andy and Andrea thank you all so much for everything.
We recently ordered a 'clock house' from Beaver which arrived safely and on time. The joiners who erected the building were very efficient, hard working and very pleasant. ~They did an excellent job and left no mess. We love the product - good quality, stylish and makes a real statement as one focal point of our garden. Overall we are really delighted. Although our clock house was not cheap with the extras we required plus erection cost it is definitely value for money both now and in the long run.
We have purchased 2 cabins from Beaver, both arrived early and very easy to self build. We are extreamly happy with the service and customer support from Beaver and Trevor in particular. The product and customer service are excellent. We are in Co. Louth and would be happy for anyone to review the installation, just contact Beaver directly.
I purchased a New Log Cabin recently from Beaver Log Cabins, the price was really good during the sale, and the sales person Natasha was very helpful.The Cabin arrived on time and was assembled by the two really nice gentlemen I'm really happy with my purchase.Many thanks.
Grandparents purchased a playhouse for grandsons 7th birthday from beaver log cabins. After arriving 2 weeks late it was saturated in water and had mould growing from it. We contacted beaver log cabins and they told us to send it back and they told us they would send us a new playhouse. When the replacement playhouse arrived it also was in terrible condition with mould growing in it. This time when I rang the company, I was told to wash it off. Very disappointed with the attitude and product. I would highly recommend that people stay away from this company with their attitude. I thought they must be a pop up company on the side of the road on the border. When you look into the company you will find some horrifying stories what they have done to people.
