I reached out to inquire about window replacements. Having lived in the house for about five years, I was unsure if the windows needed replacing. With an extension planned, I thought it was worth checking. A staff member came to measure and provide a quote. To my surprise, they explained that my windows don’t actually need replacing unless I wanted to change colors or openings, as they are structurally sound. In a world where tradespeople often take advantage, it’s refreshing to find an honest company willing to inform clients about unnecessary work. Although I haven’t made a purchase yet, they will be my first call when my windows and door do need replacing.
We live in the area and had a company install 11 windows and a front door. We are extremely satisfied with their work. Special thanks to the two installers who came and did the job. They took great care with every detail: covering the carpet to prevent damage, achieving a smooth finish on all windows and the door, and customizing the external sill as requested. Areas for improvement: communication from the office could be better. Overall, the company deserves 5 stars from the very first conversation with the sales representative. The surveyor did an excellent job ensuring everything fit perfectly. The two installers went the extra mile to make us happy. Many thanks!
