I’ve just started using our new bedding and I’m delighted.
I purchased an 800 thread count Egyptian cotton Grand Splendour sateen duvet cover bedding set. It’s so luxurious, soft and looks amazing. Luckily I bought in the sale (it would have been out of my budget otherwise) and the colour (pearl) is exactly what I wanted.
I bought a high-thread-count fitted sheet for £55 that only lasted 3 years. When I raised my concerns, the support team informed me that I hadn’t registered for the 10-year guarantee and offered a discount on a new purchase. Are they serious? They won't receive any more of my money. It was one of the priciest sheets I've ever bought, yet it had the shortest lifespan!

Really impressed with the customer service. I had a minor issue with an item, and they promptly replaced it without me having to ask. With client care clearly a top priority, I would highly recommend shopping with this service. I will certainly do so again.
Fantastic quality and beautiful color - I chose the sage green and it fits perfectly in my bedroom. I was concerned about the satin cotton creasing, but it surprisingly doesn't. I appreciate that the bedding set includes a fitted sheet and pillowcases as well.
