Well wrapped although wish that some of the packaging hadn't inside hadn't been polystyrene . Shredded cardboard would have been just as resilient and a lighter footprint

I ordered a garden set for my son thinking it would last and was willing to pay the high price for it. When it arrived I emailed straight away to say that the wood was warped and poor quality but literally got no response. After five months the furniture was not fit for use but was passed on to relevant department and still dreadful customer service. I am now looking into legal action against this company as the furniture is not fit for outdoor use as it was sold for and is ready for the skip already. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT AFTERSALES AND QUALITY FURNITURE AS YOU WILL GET NEITHER !!

I ordered 3 wall lights to match but one arrived the wrong colour with a smashed lamp shade. I took pictures reported and eventually someone phoned me with a solution. I was to return the broken/wrong lamp and and they were to send me the correct item.
After 2 weeks and 6 emails this has still not happened.
I have an electrician booked for tomorrow but no light. This service is appalling and I expected better from this company. I was to place my order for our furniture but this experience has put me off.

Very disappointing experience.

Extremely disappointing experience. I returned multiple items because of delayed shipping, and one of them developed a potentially hazardous defect. Despite numerous follow-ups, I have not received a refund. It feels like my money has been taken without justification.

Delivery issues and poor communication

My parcel was scheduled for delivery a month ago, and despite multiple attempts to get it resolved, I felt ignored through emails. I reached out via online chat and was promised a resolution within 24 hours, but two days later, there’s still no update. I contacted them again today, and was told to wait another two days. I still don’t have my parcel or any information on how this will be resolved. Communication and customer service have been lacking.
