I live in New Zealand and I've now purchased the Havie Lamp on 3 separate occasions: Once for me, and twice as gifts (the gift boxes are beautiful too!). I LOVE the lamp! It's exactly as it appears in the ads. It gives my room a beautiful ambience and the stereo for WiFi has an excellent sound quality (it comes with it's own meditative playlist!). The email support is fantastic and fast, as is delivery. Highly, highly recommended!

When the lamp recently stopped spinning, I contacted customer service for help. They responded quickly and sent me a replacement lamp at no cost. The communication was excellent, and the process was effortless. I’m so impressed by their professionalism and how much they value their customers. Highly recommend both the product and the company!
I almost returned my lamp because I thought it was broken. Turns out I just didn’t know how to read instructions lol. When I emailed customer service, they replied within hours and walked me through how to properly use the lamp and it worked right a way!
The lamp is so beautiful! Isabelle from customer service is really helpful, and when the spinning feature in my lamp stopped working her quick response and offer to send a replacement was both professional and understanding.
