AVOID BEKO PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! Absolute nightmare to have our dishwasher repaired. Our dishwasher broke and did not heat anymore and did not dry anymore either after barely a year of use! The hours on the phone trying to get to someone, the lines that are cutting off without any reason in the middle of conversations, nobody calling you back, the promise of an engineer within 48 hours and still waiting it’s been weeks, all these are reasons for us to avoid this brand completely in the future!! Products are not reliable and customer service is non existent! I can see on Trustpilot that I’m not the only one. AVOID!
I bought a new Beko fridge /freezer back in Dec 2024 and it only lasted for 10 weeks.I got in touch with my supplier, first of all a engineer came to check my fridge/freezer &was going to repair it and on the same day my supplier rang to say a replacement was to be delivered in a couple days, so I was delighted & thanks to Beko.
