Absolutely terrible appliances. Bought a cooker, fan broke twice within a few months. The 2nd time the engineer came out and said he needs a part. Two weeks now without a cooker, no help from them and even though I am paying monthly for parts and whatever. My advice is dont ever buy beko, terrible appliances, terrible service. They keep putting the date back, I have a cooker not even a year old that doesn't work. No managers available to speak to. Customer service told me i had the wrong date but i had it in an email. Absolutely terrible way to run a business.
The washing machine is the best one I have ever had. it has a quick wash, you can adjust spin speed and temp in real time. It has a big drum , you can see clothes being washed , it rinces really well and the spin is almost silent. I know these statements sound like bliss but they are true . its just a brilliant washing machine for a great price.
