fridge freezer 50 50 damaged on arrival

When arrived we unboxed the fridge freezer and the drawer and shelves in fridge had all fell down damaged the plastic drawer so we were not happy with that

Shocking customer service and after…

Shocking customer service and after sales. Wash machine bought December 2024. Leaked the 21st February called power city they told us to call Beko waited 3 days for call back engineer arrived Saturday didn't have the part will order, will contact us when the part arrives and organise another time and date. Absolutely fuming will never purchase another Beko product

Useless

Useless. Funallt after several days of trying to get through to customer services i succeed, only for the girl on the phone says that they didn't have ANY of my details that I used to register my device. After asking me stupid questions for half an hour she says an engineer will call me with 24 to 48 hours.... 2 weeks later no phone call.

Beko is the very best Tumble dryer I ever bought.

Previously I had different brands of heat pump dryers that didn’t dry well and didn’t have reverse motion, turning all bedding clothes into balls. I was very disappointed in purchasing this dryer. Finally, I decided to buy a different brand after I checked all the specifications. I purchased a Beko condenser tumble dryer. The machine has reversed motion and dries excellently. I am more than happy to purchase Beko tumble dryers.

Warranty service is a joke

I bought a Beko dishwasher in October 2024. After just one month, it stopped working—Error 02 on the screen, which, according to Google, means no water or low water pressure.That time, they sent an "engineer" within a few days. He showed up, looked around, and—wait for it—removed the filter from the hose. 😂 Genius-level engineering! Apparently, that tiny filter sometimes blocks the water flow.Fine. Fast forward exactly one month later—same error, same dead dishwasher. But this time, since it was just before Christmas, I was forced to wait nearly a month for the "engineer" to come back. They initially told me "two working days", but that magically turned into a month because, after New Year, the engineer’s van broke down. 🤦Finally, two weeks ago, he showed up, did something, the machine started working again, mumbled something about "vault" and left. Exactly one week later? Dead again. Same error.So now, I've been without a dishwasher for a month and a half. The next step? A spare part! Which was promised to arrive today—of course, that never happened. Now, they say it’ll be here next week… or maybe not???Thank you, Beko, I paid for the dishwasher and washing dishes myself! Never ever!
