Customer service is crap

Customer service is crap. Bought a beko electric cooker and three years later the thermostat on both grill and oven went. Customer services only want to upsell their packages and not at all interested in repair. I would never buy another beko product. Cheap and not so cheerful.

Refusing to replace fire hazard

Our Beko hob popped 3 months ago, so we had an engineer visit and rewire. Our house at the time was 3 months old. The wiring was melted. The same issue happened again last week. We had to wait 6 days for the same engineer to arrive and attempt the same work, with an attitude that he couldnt care less. He didnt understand why the electrics had melted, saying 'it happens.'The part he needed to fix it is now another 5 days away. Everytime we try to get in touch we need to stay on hold for an hour. We are now facing our first Christmas in our new home, with no oven and no hob. They are refusing to replace it, despite the fire hazard.

I am extremely disappointed with my Beko washing machine and the lack of support from their customer service team. After just three years of use, the machine's drum has developed significant rust, which is causing red and brown stains on nearly all white clothes that cannot be removed.We’ve made several efforts to resolve the issue, including:Using color catchers,Trying different detergents,Running multiple cleaning cycles, andCleaning the water reservoir.Unfortunately, none of these have worked, and we are now losing nearly all of our white clothes. When I reached out to Beko customer service for help, they were unhelpful and offered no solutions or assistance.This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I expected much better quality and customer service from a brand like Beko. I would not recommend their products to anyone.
