Rude staff

Rude, insensitive and impolite staff- lady behind the counter yelled at my kid who was browsing a few comics that were kept on the counter . Didn’t bother to answer questions related to the purchase we made. Overall a poor pathetic customer experience.

I had the task of taking a deceased loved one's treasures to BRC for evaluation and sale. The skilled workers weeded through the piles of items and gave me a more than fair price for all. Thanks to all who helped me!! I highly recommend this business.
