My representative was Jennifer Klugman. She walked me through all of the UNLOCK steps to make sure that my experience was very smooth. She answered my phone calls and she responded to text messages. It is very unusual to get the kind of service Ms. Klugman provided with AI and other methods being used to communicate with businesses today. If I had any questions she promptly called me back and answered these questions. She made me feel like I was her only client, even though I knew that I wasn't! She went the extra step to make sure that I was well taken care of. I give anyone who will listen great reviews about the way UNLOCK handles its clients.
