I recently submitted a purchase request through Superbuy for an item listed on Shopee Taiwan. The request was handled quickly, professionally, and with great accuracy.
Everything was processed smoothly, and the communication was clear throughout the process.
Only afterwards did I discover that Superbuy does not operate as a shopping agent for Taiwan, but exclusively for China. Because of this, I had to cancel my order.
The cancellation was handled perfectly.
Within 48 hours, the full amount I had paid was refunded directly back to my original payment method — no delays, no complications.
Even though I couldn’t complete my purchase through them, the way they handled my request and refund showed a high level of professionalism and reliability.

I do not recommend buying form Superbuy I bought AirPods it saying order pending for 3 days now I cnacled the product and the money went to my balcance I withdraw it into my account and I have not received it
I read up on Superbuy before making some purchases. Everything seemed great, and the service fees seemed fair and reasonable. However, when I wanted my products shipped, they only offered UPS and DHL. Furthermore, instead of packing the items before shipping, they charged me an exorbitant estimate, and when I received the packages, they indicated I still owed $24! I feel scammed! Nowhere on their website does it state that they only offer those two shipping methods for addresses in Hong Kong; otherwise, I wouldn't have chosen Superbuy. I feel like I'm being robbed. The organization is terrible. How is it possible that they only offer those shipping options? It's ridiculous to pay double or triple what the items cost me. I don't recommend them. If you have the opportunity to buy from them, don't!
The product seems to be good quality, but other than that, therecare so many things in the workflow need to improved. Unless I’m desperate I don’t thing I will buy from them again. 1 it took a month to receive the item (12/04 - 1/2/2026). 2 during the transaction, the item was in storage not moveing fo more than a week. I then realized that I have to pay a fee to get it moving, but I was not notified for the action. 3 the communication not accurate. It showed not information when it was delivered. 5 I paid extra shipping, in middle of transaction, which cost more than the product, without knowing before I placed the order. PN25821017901
Superbuy needs to be more transparent on items that are restricted, sensitive or prohibited to certain countries based on the end user's location. It is absolutely ridiculous to only learn of these things "after" placing an order, paying for it, and/or after the return/cancel "after sales" deadline. I don't appreciate being able to easily purchase items on Alibaba and AliExpress, without any issue or problems at all, yet "somehow" those same exact items through Superbuy end up being "sensitive" items that conveniently cost more to ship and come with a plethora of warnings about it being seized?? Most individuals buying from China do not know these things beforehand, nor should they need to worry about it. If your service is to act as an "Agent" for USA based buyers, then you should provide services to protect buyers from these issues BEFORE they are purchased. Not just accept payments knowing fully well that an item is going to be an issue, and then stick the buyer with the potential of losing their money. That is a SCAM. Now I have a bunch of PAID items sitting in your warehouse that you "conveniently" expect me to pay more to ship even though they are as light as air practically, non-fragile, not even rigid, but telling me customs might seize it for some reason. The same exact items I've been purchasing from Alibaba and AliExpress for YEARS. You also have my money from an refund that was given to me by a seller for an out-of-stock item conveniently stored in a wallet instead of returning it to me, and I can't even use that money towards shipping unless it covers the entire shipping cost. I don't like using on site "wallets" I prefer the security of using my credit card because it comes with protections that Superbuy clearly will not afford to me. If you are going to keep my money, then it should allow me to at least use those funds for partial shipping fee. I'm also getting very frustrated with the Affiliate program, as if someone purchases an item from my Top Store, I only get commissions on that. I should get commissions on all those orders as if they had signed up using the invite code - they are obviously signing up to buy that one item just the same, and it was from MY referral. Superbuy has been decent in some ways, and in my opinion still better than Bhiner, but this "after-the-fact" "sorry your loss" approach on items that Superbuy classifies as being potential issues for customs needs to be disclosed PRIOR to purchase being made - NOT after.
