Working with Dr. Iyat Khalid was such a helpful experience for me. Before our meeting, I had so many ideas for my personal statement, but they were all over the place. I felt confused and didn’t know what would actually matter to the admissions committees. Dr. Iyat helped me organize my thoughts and turn them into a clear and meaningful outline. I participated in a mock interview with a representative who ensured the experience felt very authentic. The feedback provided was quite useful, though I noticed that while I received a lot of positive comments, the score of 4.14 out of 7 didn't quite match that. I would have appreciated a bit more directness regarding the areas where I could improve to reach a perfect score. Overall, it was a great experience, thank you!

Our request for a refund was rejected, with the reply centered solely on policy rather than the quality of service provided. Although the staff were courteous, the overall value and accessibility of the program left much to be desired.
