Review Time
This company deceives customers. They sent me a size 8 instead of the size 7 I ordered, claiming that a US size 7 corresponds to a European size 8. I pointed out that this information isn’t mentioned anywhere on their site and provided pictures of their size chart to support my claim. In response, they stated I would need to pay a fee to receive the correct size. Why should I incur additional costs for what I initially ordered? They have also ignored my emails regarding the discrepancy in shoe sizes. AVOID PURCHASING FROM THEM.
I would give them a 0 star review if I could. I ordered what clearly looked like an actually sweater off their website and was instead sent a horrible quality polyester shirt. When asked to return, they made me pay shipping back. They did offer exchange for another item and then I could donate the first. That proves how low quality it is to begin with. Do not order anything from this company. Everything is shipped to and from china .
Total scam. Ordered two supposedly knitted sweaters that looked beautiful on the website. The products I received are just terrible, screen printed on the cheapest possible fabric. Returns are basically impossible and would require you to pay to ship it somewhere in China and hope they give your money back.
I ordered a vest, took a month to get and what I received is not what I ordered. It is a vest, but very poor quality, has a hood (one I ordered did not have hood). They said I can mail it back to China at my expense, then listed about a half dozen reasons why I might not get a refund. To mail back it would cost me more than half of what I paid for the vest. Plus, they can claim they didn't receive, or it was tied up in Customs, etc. It was a bait and switch. Not a good company to deal with.
Don't waste your time and especially your money buying things from this company. It's a complete scam. They show beautiful clothes and send you inferior garbage. The clothes that I ordered were supposed to be a cotton/linen blend. What I received was 100% polyester and one of the items had long sleeves, when I had ordered short
This company shams people. They sent me a size 8 even though I ordered a size 7. They said that the US size 7 is actually a European size 8. I responded that no where on their website does it say that. I included pictures of their size chart to prove that statement is not on their website. Then, they told me that I would have to pay a small fee to get the right size shoe. Why should I have to pay a fee to get what I originally ordered? They have not responded to my emails after pointing out the lie about US vs European shoe sizes. DON'T BUY ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS.
Horrible company. I ordered a size large Jean and I received size 00. I ordered a green shirt and receive yellow. The other two items were very cheaply made this is truly a scam company I tried to return it, but they told me you have to pay for the shipping which costs as much as I paid for the whole items. Please save your money and don’t t buy from this horrible company.
The product I received was not the quality that the photo suggested. I paid $54 and the shirt was more like a $15 quality. They advertise 30 day money back guarantee and easy returns but when I emailed them they do not want to refund my money, they want me to exchange for something else.
