Stella was quite helpful in resolving my issue, and in a very prompt manner. She was also friendly. If I were to make a recommendation, I would only say that I really wish companies would not ask their employees to use auto-replies to so many things. I do not believe this was an error on Stella's part, but rather company policy. At the end of it all though, my issue was handled and I am pleased enough that if I ever need future services, it will be with your company.
