Bergamotte were great, flowers were lovely and answered my queries promptly. The delivery from Chronopost was terrible, 5 times they failed to deliver. Geodis took over and were flawless. Would have been a 5 star if not for the delivery, which is out of their control

Beautiful products and great customer service!

I recently ordered our christmas tree from Bergamotte and we were delighted! Whilst there was a problem with the third party delivery, I got in contact with the team at Bergamotte and they were prompt and helpful re -arranging delivery the same day! The tree is beautiful quality, and whilst we had to prop the natural wood stand up to make the tree stand tall, we’re really happy with how gorgeous it is and our experience. Will keep going to Bergamotte for flowers and arrangments!
