Review Time
After my colleague, gave this company a negative review for having gone two weeks without purchased product having been shipped and already having been billed, we received an email that stated our review was uncalled for and that they would be cancelling our order. That is what is uncalled for.
Placed an order in July, have paid already. Received a tracking number and shows UPS has not received the package. Update: Life Safety consultants have rectified my problem in very timely manner. We will continue working with them in the future.
