Do not but from them

I ordered these bras in my size. When they came they were way too small. I asked for their address and to get my refund of 50 pounds. They offered me 3 pounds instead. Of course I refused. Despite numerous mails I am still owed 50 pounds. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Exactly the same experience as everyone avoid at all costs. Sent wrong items offered me £2 refund on £20 order that I waited 3 weeks for material is like a j cloth no support and wrong size. Said I could return to China even though they advertise as a UK company but I would have to pay to send back.which they said would be expensive. And now their advert has disappeared so I cant leave a bad review.Absolutely scandalous they need reporting to trading standards. This is their latest email from them.Thank you for your e-mailWe ship to you according to your order ​If it doesn’t fit, you can give it to someone else or buy another ​After all, returning the shipping cost you have to pay is not very cost-effective.Yours sincerely,Customer Service Team Absolutely shocking customer service.

I begrudge one star

I begrudge one star. Just the same story as everyone else. This company is an utter disgrace. Absolute rubbish product. I paid by Klarna 3 x monthly payment, I stopped payment via them explaining why. I have a refund now.

Goods not fit for purpose

I waited 3 weeks for my £19.99 order to arrive.I know my correct bra size to the millimetre, but this bunch of charlatans sent me bras which wouldn’t fit a 13 year old & insist that I ordered the wrong size not that they were flogging incorrect sizes to their unsuspecting customers.They have offered me a derisory £6 refund & suggested I keep the bras or sell them as sending them back to China would be prohibitively expensive. I’d like to know where their .co.uk address comes from if in fact this company is based in China or USA or anywhere else they say they are based. It’s time UK Trading Standards took a stand against these fraudsters😡

Avoid this company!First, they charged me £25 instead of £19.99. When I asked why, they just refunded the extra £5 without explanation — very suspicious.When I received the bras, I was shocked — they are clearly designed for a flat chest, and I wear 74DD. I asked for a return label to get a refund, but instead they kept offering me £2, then £4, now £6 to keep the items. I clearly stated I want a full refund and to return this useless lingerie, which is huge in band size but tiny in the cup.They are deliberately wasting time so that the 14-day return window passes and they can avoid issuing a refund. Very unprofessional and dishonest.
