The quoted estimate was misleading and the new provider is excessively higher than previous provider even though I provided a bill to get a real assessment of a cheaper plan.

Will be switching back and not recommending this service.

Let down by customer service

At 72 years old, I've been with the company for my entire career, but after missing a payment recently, I received a reminder. I attempted to pay over the phone but was very disappointed. I expected to communicate with someone fluent in English, but after several attempts, I discovered the representative was overseas. I want to clarify that my concerns are not about race, but I question why a company like this relies on international staff. I felt uncomfortable sharing personal information, so I opted to pay my bill at the local post office instead. This raises concerns about the safety of our information being handled abroad, which I find troubling.

A longer experience than anticipated

It turned out to be a longer experience than I expected. Everything went smoothly, and the consultant had all the answers. I only wanted to compare electricity, but I was also asked about gas, solar, and health insurance, which felt a bit overwhelming. I had to cut it short and set up referrals for another day.
