I got my order earlier than anticipated, When it arrived I noticed the quality and the good looks. I got the red stitched steering wheel cover, stitches are quality and well done. Everyone said how difficult installation would be.Well I found it easy if you go from the bottom to the top. It's easy to stretch the material from the bottom and pulling and adjusting as you go.
Although I didn't get to enjoy the product as much as I wanted due to my car being declared a total loss just two weeks after purchase, I truly appreciate the customer service provided by the company. It's their commitment to consumer care that sets them apart. Well made lumbar support.Was very pleased with the fit in the seat and the correct support on my back. I also bought the cushion, headrest and sunshades. The sunshade is great, even at night. All items I received are well made and the logos on were spot on.RegardJoe

I purchased a steering wheel cover. It is high quality material and feels very strong and sturdy. I had multiple questions for support and they answered all of them promptly, they are very very helpful. I will definitely recommend and buy from them again.
Colors depicted in your website do not match what I have received. I received a black and dark brown and what was ordered was black and saddle brown. You also had a back order on the Infiniti insignia; and finally as a small business which I enjoy supporting shipped it via a means that took over three weeks for delivery. Those features do not distinguish you from your competition. Disappointing
Items were delivered relatively quickly (not in time for my trip unfortunately). Items were high quality, but I discovered that I was actually more comfortable in my Honda driver's seat without using the lumber or head accessories. This is no fault of the company. It might just be something about my body (my scoliosis, something else?) In any case, I would still recommend the company/website.
