Expanding bracelet never arrived

I ordered an expanding bracelet that never showed up. They claimed it was delivered according to the delivery service, but it wasn’t my door. They wanted me to search my neighborhood for it. Their customer care is lacking, and I've requested a refund multiple times without any response. Avoid this seller!

Please do not buy from this company

Please do not buy from this company, I bought the 2 flower cups, the seal under the cup comes off and water gets into the cup which is not usable. This is a defect on the cups which happened on 2 cups within 5 months of purchase that Best E-Store do not want to rectify.
