I ordered a glass, and it never arrived. I kept reaching out to the support team, but they claimed it was on its way to me, yet I never received it. When I requested a refund, my emails were ignored. I strongly advise against using this service; it feels like a scam.

Very dissatisfied, steer clear of this seller

I am very dissatisfied and would recommend avoiding this seller. I have been waiting for my product for 10 weeks. Despite reaching out multiple times, I only receive responses asking me to be patient, which is incredibly frustrating.

Misleading advertising for "glass" Flower Cup.

The "glass" Flower cup I received is not glass at all; it’s made of cheap hard plastic. Many of the flowers inside are stuck and do not move. Their advertising is completely misleading. I regret doing business with this seller. Stay away!

Completely unacceptable

Completely unacceptable, AVOID purchasing from them. I am still waiting for my product after 10 weeks, and despite numerous attempts to contact them, I am only told to be patient. It's very frustrating.

Outstanding customer support!

Even though it took a while for my order to arrive, I was very happy with the end result. When I encountered a delivery issue, the support team was fantastic in trying to resolve it. The problem was with the delivery service, not them. They kept me updated, and I eventually received my items. They are lovely, and I believe my friends will appreciate their gifts. Thank you!

Refund request ignored

I bought two flower mugs, used them a few times, and only hand washed them. One mug developed water inside, and I was unhappy with the customer service, especially the lack of response to my refund request. Instead of addressing my concern, they sent me a replacement. This is utterly ridiculous.

Regret not checking reviews

I wish I had looked at reviews beforehand. My main issue was with the delivery service claiming they delivered on 25th Nov when they hadn't, and I have footage to prove it. The company was uninterested, constantly directing me to the delivery service. After filing an investigation, my parcel was left weeks later at my front door. Customer service is poor; they only care about getting paid. Definitely one to avoid.

Avoid this purchase!

I emailed the company to return the items because the ‘glasses’ were not as described. They appear to be plastic, and there’s nothing indicating they are dishwasher or microwave safe. Their response was to reassure me and suggest I didn’t need to return them. When I insisted on a return, I was told I had to pay for return shipping to Oman.
