What I appreciate most about the app is the control. Knowing I’m not giving up custody of my crypto is important, especially after everything that’s happened in the industry over the past couple of years. Setup was straightforward and I was up and running pretty quickly. Still, it feels like some features are evolving in Best Wallet.
Best Wallet is decent but not amazing, at least for me. I mainly use it to track my portfolio across a few different chains. It does a solid job showing balances in one place, which helps during all this market volatility lately. I also appreciate that it supports multiple networks without making things overly complicated.
For 4 months, my account has been locked since the app was updated. I had an older device, and after it failed, I had to reinstall the app on a new one. Since then, the support team has been unable to restore my account, despite my backup being done seriously a year ago. It feels like a scam, as I've lost my patience after waiting half a year for a resolution.
