I actually really like playing on this site. My negative experiences are with thier customer service, absolutely the worst I've ever received. I filed a complaint through the help button starting the process of getting my issue solved. I supplied screen shots, explained the issue in detail and was told the appropriate people would be in touch with a response through my email. 3 days went by and I followed up and they again asked for the details and screen shots which I provided yet again. A week goes by and no response so once again I contacted them and once again they requested the details and screen shots... which I provided again..... this goes on for 3 weeks! I spent a couple of hours of MY VALUABLE TIME re explaining to these incompetent schmucks the issue over and over again to no avail. *The issue was about a game freezing when we were down to less than 30 people on a mtt thar had hundreds of players. Needless to say I could have very well won the game. I was playing 3 games at the time and the other 2 games kept working but that one froze.... I feel totally disrespected by thier lack of response or any mention to resolve the matter. It feels like they're just ignoring me so I forget about it and go away. I'm only a level 50 rewards player on thier sites I'm sure they don't really give a sh*t anyway but I think it's only fair to leave this truthful response unless they fix this issue... I would have been happy with a ticket to a tournament or something like that..... Well I've been spending alot more of my time on GG poker lately....

Avoid this service completely! My cashout request was processed incorrectly, going to an old email despite my updates. The process to retrieve my funds has been a total nightmare. I've been playing online since 2006 on different platforms, and I've never experienced such poor business practices. BEWARE, fellow gamblers!

I signed up for poker and found this site to be the stingiest I've ever encountered regarding bonuses or rewards. I spent a significant amount but received no acknowledgment in bonuses. Other platforms at least offer some recognition. I closed my account and let them keep the remaining balance; they clearly need it to stay afloat. I would not recommend this operation.
I attempted to withdraw my funds by providing all necessary documentation, but they refused to accept my ID forms, making it impossible to process my withdrawal. Although I appreciate their response, it felt generic and insincere. I will not return, as I ended up losing my winnings and my initial deposit in the games.
I play a specific game format, but it seems the rakeback doesn't exist. After spending tokens, I only received a minimal bonus, which can only be used after losing my real money. This is quite disappointing. I've since moved to another platform that offers better rakeback options.
