Worse experience I had i deposited 20pound from my bank account and it didn't even reach my betsio account. It's been over 9 hours still didn't get the money deposited in my betsio account. The customer service was terrible they was no help telling me to provide screen shots of the transaction. I'm glad I didn't deposit like 500 pound never again I ve using this gaming site. Betsio.com says im using their promotion in my advantage and seeing it as fraudulent. They therefore claimed they could take away all my money. They took away even more money than I origanally put into the account. This seems like full on theft. Better stay away from this casino
Been over 3 months now since I deposited £100, and won £5000 at this website. They blocked my account and confiscated my funds. I took my complaint to casinoguru and they accused me of cheating falsely, and also never provided casinoguru with any proof of this. Do not use this website they do not pay out!
