Order placed on January 11th and paid immediately.
After weeks without delivery, I posted a second review. In response to that review, Auer publicly replied that my products would be shipped the next two day.
That did not happen.

Earlier I was told the shipment had been returned without explanation. Then on February 4th I was informed the items were out of stock and new production was planned for “next week.” It is now February 12th, and there is still no shipment, no tracking, and no confirmed shipping date.
For more than a month I have received repeated assurances from staff and an account manager that I would “receive the items soon.” None of these promises have resulted in actual delivery.
Delays can happen. But publicly stating that shipment will take place and then failing to follow through severely damages trust.

I ordered a plastic pallet with delivery scheduled for a specific day. The courier did not arrive on that day, nor was there any contact regarding an attempted delivery. Only the following day did we receive a call from the courier. Despite this, AUER attempted to charge us additional costs, claiming that the delivery had been attempted the previous day – which was not the case.In addition, the quality of the ordered product is disappointing. The pallet is made of very thin plastic, which raises serious concerns about its durability and is clearly not adequate for the price or the declared quality standard.Summary:lack of reliable delivery execution, an attempt to shift responsibility and costs onto the customer, unsatisfactory product quality.Caution is advised when working with this company.
