i inquired about a property on a Saturday night, Bettermove responded promptly i was expecting a call on Monday, call came Midday Sunday viewing booked in for Midday Monday
Sale promised in 30 days took over 6 months fortunately I wasn’t in a hurry. Everything went fairly well although there were miscommunications ie not telling us an agent was attending the property to view. Lights being left on etc. then an offer was accepted but we were misled about the purchase price and were dishonest when found out as they given the incorrect offer price and tried to deduce our amount by 5k which was only corrected when we threatened to pull out of the sale.
The only good thing was the after offer communication was very good and Megan who we dealt with was a delight.
