Extremely appalling customer service. Selling a £100,000+ car with over £12,000 worth of repairs needed (leaking gearbox, diff, cut wires, eml etc) is simply unacceptable and puts into question their PDI & MOT validity. Avoid these cowboys.

Awful garage and horrible customer service. I purchased what was described as the best Ferrari 488 on the market. Unfortunately my experience was lacklustre and was anything but that. After 2 months of ownership it needed a replacement fuel line, turbocharger and replacement touch buttons. Dealer was not interested and simply hung up on me when I tried to have this sorted.
This garage is fantastic, with an amazing selection of high-end cars with brilliant specifications, and the customer service is top-notch. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help. I will definitely be keeping an eye on their stock list for future purchases. Highly recommend! Diolch, thank you
