Been betting here since 2021 more or less, every time i get some kind of winnings above the deposits i made something comes out. (Pictures, bank statements, address issues). In the last days the site as been bugged alot (offline, random errors) Today i made a single bet with money i deposit yesterday, the odds were ove 1.8 (so not below the 1.3 rules they allways ask) and when i make the withdrawal i get a random error and to contact the staff. In the chat i get the answer that my account was automatically flagged for anti-fraud. The fraud is this site. Don't bet here, they will not pay you and one random day and you will be without your money.
I created my account 3 days back and i deposited total of 15000 INR, and i win big .. I placed 3 combo bets luckily i won them and i even lost few small bets and thn i in the end had 670k in my account . I was like now i should get a withdrawal. Early morning today i did a verification by submitting Aadhar card and within next 10 mins i got a mail my account is verified but thn i withdraw my funds and they literally rejected my withdrawal and asked for new verification things, send us deposit proofs and we have the right to block your funds and account and what note . Fake false rules. They saw i played well and win big and hence they did this to my account . I can open my account but can’t withdraw my money. I want my money back. Someone please help me here .Thanks! I can do a KYC or anything they want. They did dirty to me .. i need my money back

Yesterday they rejected my withdrawal and Even demand for further documents and selfie for further KYC and i also provided them that. They said kyc will be approved within 24 hours and here i am , still not approved. I contacted their customer service and they said my submitted documents are verified and they just require a small verification by call. They said they will call me today between 1 pm -6pm but they didn't and i wasn't even away from my mobile for a second . Now they saying they will try to do call again at same time also .. they also mentioned that they called me but my mobile was busy. But it can't be . They never called me . Let's see if they make me verified and give withdrawal then i will do deposit of 30k instantly because there withdrawal speed sure was fast.
