Very bad site customer support is very rude, they will say you if you don't know English I will teach you if you say anything bad about them they will call you for there satisfaction and scold you never play in this site very bad. One more thing they will not settled your bet for 48 hours all you have to do is wait and they will teach you the rule very bad experience they should close there company if they are not providing good service.
I've deleted the initial review where I talk if UI but it's the service and intentions are very dubious below brief 24 days of using this app I can say they are the biggest cheats I have come across, they are repeatedly canceling my withdrawal first time the reason given was wrong bank details won't tell me which details are wrong, again I withdraw next day they say active bonus on account. Now I used that deposit and bonus and made 5 more deposits after that and they say the bonus is active after argument they ask if I want it cancelled and on conformation they deduct 442 without even informing me. Then they disable chat support on my account then another bet won they haven't credited nor are they replying to my mails I am left help less and I have a withdrawal showing pending God only knows if I will get my money. They have just kept my deposit and forcing me to gamble it in order to be able to withdraw it. I deposited 15 euros initially and they added 15 euros as bonus to my account. I gambled a bit on roulette and got bored so wanted to withdraw my money. On the withdrawal page it said that the minimum bank withdrawal is 50 euros, so I deposited another 30 euros just so that I could withdraw it to my bank. However, the withdrawal still stopped me and asked me to gamble 600 euros worth before they would let me withdraw my money since my account has an active bonus. I told them many times that I do not want to gamble and just want my own deposit back less any bonuses. However, they keep sending me the same email asking me to gamble the 40 times the bonus or else they will not let me withdraw my deposit. This is such a big scam and shocking that this is happening in Europe. I have used UK betting sites for ages without having any issues. This is the worst customer experience and they have kept my money illegally. I will try to find an EU consumer forum to complaint.
