This has been a horrible experience. My niece deposited $35 and won $232, but when she tried to cash out, they demanded verification despite stating that crypto deposits don’t require it. After a day, they finally allowed her to withdraw, only to lock it again with more verification demands. This is a frustrating way to operate; I would not recommend playing here.
I won $600 but was only given $25. This is unacceptable. There are many better casinos available. They also only allow crypto withdrawals, which I'm unfamiliar with. The cash withdrawal option doesn’t work. This casino is problematic. I hope to receive my $25 soon after submitting my verification documents, and the support team has been responsive, which is a small positive.

They have refused to give me any transaction history complete with wagering after claiming a non-playable withdrawal only deposit was posted to my account.
