They are one of the worst service provider i have ever met. I have orderd 2 item order numbers 7054086002 and 7054086001. They delivered the birthday cake late after their promised time and the other gift not yet delivered. I never see. Such cheap company. When you try to connect with them over phone they disconnect your call without resolving the issue. They delete your instagram comment. Now you know at basis they are doing this. Only one word for them fraud

Don't order from FNP. I did the mistake. My order was sent to completely different location and had to pay the delivery person extra to get my already paid item. Customer service is complete waste. No contact number available only chat option. They will reply after 30 min and they closed saying order is scheduled eventhough my issue was incorrect delivery location from their part. I am not here to get refund for their shitty service but make others aware.

What’s the point of promising “same-day” or “timed” delivery when you clearly can’t keep your word? Never ever trust these bots who have zero empathy.

Absolutely horrible experience with Ferns N Petals.

They marked my order as “attempted delivery”, but no one came to my house and I never received a call. Not even a missed call. No doorbell, no message, nothing. Just a false update to make it look like they did their job.

What makes it even worse is that their customer service is completely unreachable. I tried contacting them multiple times and got nowhere — no proper response, no support, no accountability. It feels like once they take your money, they simply don’t care.

This ruined the whole purpose and caused nothing but frustration. Their delivery tracking is misleading, and their service is unreliable and dishonest.

If you value your money and time, avoid Ferns N Petals. I will never order from them again.

FNP - has gone to the drains and that too of human excreta hole drain. Its the third day today and had placed the order for the same day delivery 9th Feb 2026 and today is 13th Feb 2026 and the order is still not delivered nor order cancelled nor have they offered refund. You order cannot be refunded or cancelled. Have been wasting almost 2 hours daily chatting with these morons to no resolution. They only do a copy paste job. And they are so scared to talk to the customers after defaulting on ordered delivery.
Please DO NOT USE FNP and go through the pain that I have gone through. Why do I suffer alone . hahahahahahaha

I requested a refund which they were saying they will fund in their wallet and I said I want the money in my source account itself, they said it will be refunded in 7 working days. I hope that the money come back soon in my source account , but terrible experience .

I recently experienced a highly disappointing incident with Ferns and Petal. I had ordered a birthday cake, but to my shock, they delivered an anniversary cake instead. This was not just a minor mix-up—it ruined the emotional significance of the occasion.

Instead of offering a sincere apology or showing genuine accountability, they tried to pacify me with a 20% discount on my next purchase.

1. A celebration is about memories, not discounts—shouldn’t they understand the gravity of ruining a once-in-a-year moment?
2. Doesn’t this reflect a lack of professionalism and respect for customer trust?
3. How can such a trivial offer possibly compensate for the emotional damage caused by their negligence?
4. Is it acceptable for a business to be so unempathetic toward a customer’s feelings?
