In live chat, Agent Andrea confirmed they cut this money under 'AML Policy Clause 5' without any proof. Withholding these funds during a documented family medical emergency is predatory. I have all screenshots and @Šimon Vincze from Casino Guru is investigating this fraud."

My 6-year-old daughter is currently in the ICU, and they are intentionally withholding her treatment money. They are also delaying a ₹5,000 withdrawal from 2:00 AM with fake excuses. Avoid this site at all costs! They have no humanity and are manipulating payouts.

My fully verified account (villien627) was permanently closed and ₹200,000 confiscated without valid reason. I completed KYC within required time and provided all genuine documents. Support is not responding and not providing any evidence. This is unfair and looks like fund confiscation without justification.
I have already provided full clarification via live chat and completed KYC within the required timeframe. I am willing to complete live video verification if needed. If this issue is not resolved, I will escalate this matter to their licensing authority and other public complaint platforms.
