This is the biggest piece of crap, scam artist Sportsbook site in existence. I bet on Collin Morikawa at 1.77:1 as the top American golfer in the last golf tournament. He destroyed the other 4 American golfers, and I was supposed to make over $4k on my bet. 24 hours later, I receive an e-mail response saying that they manually reduced the bet to 1.25:1after the fact that I won. They claim some bullsh*t that they got the odds wrong and tried to back it up with their subsection 9.1 in their fine print (I read it and it still doesn't even justify what they did). What they did is absolute theft. Not only that, they froze the account basically, not letting me withdraw, just to pis* me off even more.Not only that, good luck getting verified by these crooks. 0 stars. f-ing awful experience.
Not deserving of ANY star!I signed up after reading reviewing about their site.I contacted there customer service to ask about first deposit bonus.They currently have Offer NO bonuses. Also on the site under the Promotions Sectionn is blank non the website.With a message "We are currently working on our bonus strategy we're working on something big "Which was odd when I thought about it for a sportsbook.And the customer representative went ahead and immediately closed my account.10 mins later after I opened it.Claiming I was from the US. Which they dont allow. I dont know how they thought I was from the US on their end.I was on a VPN connected to Vancouver. They are scammer and use very dirty scheme in paying you out . Regarding KYC this is just beginning and if you win big amount ; they would ask you for SOW .In regards the withdrawal limit , they will not follow their T&C . DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE, HEAVY SCAMMERS. once you try to withdraw they tell you they have technical issues until the point you threaten them to go public. After 2 weeks they finally paid me via much better now my funds are out and now they told me they decided to close my account LOL I have never done anything wrong besides asking for my withdrawals and they know that.
