I have played at jefebet a couple years now and have really enjoyed doing so. I enjoyed the selection of games and good customer support. Also had a couple redemptions that were smooth and fairly fast before. Well I don't know what exactly is going on but now customer support is non existent and I've been waiting on a redemption over a week now. Before now I probably would have given them 4 stars but now a 1 is not even deserved. So jefe bet don't bother sending a generic response on here about e mailing support for help. You know just like I do you won't answer. The only thing you need to do is get my redemption processed ASAP. You can take money in all day instantly and it shouldn't be much different paying it out. So let's go. Here is my reference number 3752333.
Honestly they dont even deserve the 1 star. Trust pilot doesnt have any negative stars because that is exactly what this lottery/casino deserves. I have requested 3 redemptions. The first one on 1/27/26 and the other 2 on 1/30/26. At least ive received a response but its the same generic response and run around that they are having issues w their redemptions. Sure they are, they are exactly like $ factory, they will take your money but wont pay you if you win.
When i first joined this casino, it took them 3 days to pay me out, now its been over 10 days and still nothing. Come on Jefebet, you have to be better than this! Are you guys seriously that hard up that you'll take our money but not payout when your customers win?? 🤬

It's usually quick and straightforward. Some verifications are instant, while others take no more than 48 hours. Support at this service does not respond, and I can't find another way to contact them. I plan to wait another 24 hours before escalating the issue to consumer protection agencies. Since they are located in Las Vegas, reporting to the gaming commission is also an option to consider. I hope this information serves as a warning to others in a similar situation and encourages those who haven't yet invested their money to look for alternatives. There are many legitimate platforms with excellent customer service available.

I have been playing this site for a little while. During the time played I have experienced glitches, errors saying I had multiple windows open. Errors saying my account was inactive, yet I still played. Still put my money into their site. I recommended the site to my mother and she has had nothing but problems. She's older so I helped her verify using her phone and her documents. Once she sent in her information they accused her of having someone on her account and sent her a rude email. Even though she did not do what they said, she agreed that she understood. She has had multiple pop ups saying she has multiple windows open and all types of errors but she still continued to play. Fast forward a few days ago she won 385 and cashed out. She played some more the next day and randomly her balance went from a few dollars to around 380 and then it kicked her out. When she tried to log in she got "user not activated." She emailed them and they responded that during her account review (review for what) it was found that she had mock locations and something about enabling locations. My mom is 65 years old. She doesn't even know what a mock location is smh. This site will accuse you of violating terms of agreement with no proof at all. They have not sent her money and she is still locked out of her account. I have 19k followers and growing on Facebook and I would be more than happy to write a review up there. My hope is that they send her money and call it a day. As for now I would steer clear of this site!!!
