I’m currently in week 3 of the Vegan Baddie Blueprint, and I’ve already pushed past a plateau that I had been stuck in for a while. Not only have I learned so much about fitness and eating in a way that actually supports my goals, but the level of support inside this program has truly been game changing. Bianca and Kylie obviously know what they are doing, and not only will you see it, you will feel it. Their strategy is incredibly effective. They don’t just give you a plan, they help you work through the hard moments and keep moving forward. I feel more confident, more knowledgeable, and genuinely supported on this journey.
Working with Bianca 1:1 was unlike any other coaching or mentor experience I’ve had in the past. Not only did my physical appearance and health improve and I was able to meet my goals…. I feel aligned with my values and how I’ve been hoping to feel on the insane and out for a long time. Bianca is so encouraging and on calls and check ins she’s giving her 100%. I’ve never felt so seen by a coach or community. Will definitely be doing another individual program with her in 2026🤘🏼
This fitness program goes beyond just the physical. The amount of support, community, mentality shifts, personal growth offered in the weekly calls and community chat are worth the investment alone! Working alongside these women has been life changing. I joined the program after a year from having my second son, and felt supported throughout my journey getting back to a workout routine, following a meal plan that was easily adjusted to meet mine and my family’s changing needs. I love the support I received from coach Kiley while healing from sickness and injuries, she kept me motivated to keep showing up for myself while respecting my body’s needs. Another amazing thing about these programs - which had I known sooner, I would’ve joined years ago! - is that they follow the woman’s cycle and hormone shifts, making it that much more magical for any woman, from trying to conceive, to a mom getting back into her cyclical rhythms, to honor her body. I look forward to continue being a part of this family through future pregnancies and postpartum journeys. The love I feel from these coaches for each member is tangible, they truly care and are amazing humans. Immensely grateful to be here!

I needed a program ahead of my wedding to kick me into the best shape but little did I know BTF would give me so much more! Not only did I have a rocking body in my wedding dress, I continued to gain confidence, strength, and a whole new mindset around my health. The structure, accountability, and support pushed me further than I ever would have gone on my own, and the results didn’t stop after the wedding — they became part of my lifestyle. I feel stronger, more energized, and more balanced than ever, and I’m truly grateful for a program that focuses on sustainable progress, not quick fixes. If you’re looking for something that transforms more than just your appearance, BTF is absolutely worth it.
I’m a postpartum mama trying to build healthy habits that inspire my little girl, and I’ve struggled a lot with my health and wellness. When I joined the program it was mainly to gain some normalcy in my life and take care of my health, but I’ve gained so much more than just physical benefits. My mental health has never been better, I’m becoming the person I’ve always wanted to be, I’m meeting so many amazing baddies through the group chats, I have endless support from Kylie and Bianca. I could go on and on about how truly life changing the program has been and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to take control of their health and their life or just looking for that extra support in their day-to-day. Kylie is my trainer and has been an anchor for me and her and Bianca have given me the sisterhood I’ve been looking for while on this journey. From the initial call with Jordan to meeting Kylie and Bianca and now heading into month 5 of the program, I’m loving every minute and plan to stick with it for as long as I can. As someone who has always struggled with my relationship to my body I reccomend this program with my whole heart. Not only does it have nutritional education that helped me restructure my “less is more” eating habits, it has me trying a variety of different meals that I never thought I could eat all while actually building muscle and losing fat. As for the fitness portion of this, I was always a Pilates/cardio girl, so I was nervous to step into the gym because I feared being bulky. The way that my body has transformed is so empowering and I have never felt more fit in my life. I haven’t felt bulky once and I’ve finally achieved the definition and sculpted muscles I was always striving for. And might I hype myself up a bit, I actually have a booty!!! This program has helped me stay consistent, learn to take up more space in my body and fuel myself so that I can thrive in every aspect of my life. I am forever grateful for the confidence I have gained and the lifestyle change this program has given me. I can literally go on and on about how much it has given me. Bianca is one of the most supportive, educated coaches I have had the pleasure of working with and if you have the opportunity I would say hands down you have to do it for YOU.
I joined BTF to feel more energised and understand how to move my body in a way that feels easy and good. I cannot tell you how amazing I felt after only a few weeks. Not only my body but my mental health. I also felt fantastic for my wedding. Even though I had been working out for 7 years it was so beneficial to get to know some tips to work out in your mid 30s.
