Customer service has been absolutely great from day one. Placed my order about two weeks ago unfortunately the warehouse was out of stock which happens but they replied to my email on a timely manner and sent a helmet for free to me in apology for delayed order. Not many companies offer something like this. On and off have been in touch with them getting updates until earlier today about two weeks later tracking number and email notifications. Would definitely recommend. Looking forward to trying out my new Merlin.
I ordered the Mini 2 with 105mm Jelly wheels and expected it to come with those wheels installed. When they arrived in two separate boxes, I was happy at first because I could swap the wheel set and save the 90mm set for future use.Removing the 90mm wheels was a pain! It was very difficult because the Allen screws were extremely tight and the Allen tool was very small. Now, two of the Allen screws are stripped. I am ordering an extractor bit kit to remove them. This has been a very bad experience on the first day.
