Deposit Made but not credited to Player account. Deposit made for 25000 not yet credited for over a month. Shared my bank statement five times. Emails received from Casino support for last one month says provider has not received.but surprisingly received a mail from support saying they have initated a refund on 4th June. which I have not received till date. Also when asked they are not able to share the transfer detailsSo questions for BigBoost is you initiated a refund on 4th June but how did you keep saying till now that you did not received the funds

Really a waste of your money .. very low wins .. last 7 runs straight to zero . one good run to get you to play more after that, nothing .. Absolute garbage average win/loose ratio 15%.. If you want to have fun .. ignore this site
