Popped into the Macclesfield branch for a browse and sit on some bikes to check the seat heights and also view a particular bike I saw on the Bigmoto website.
Claire was really friendly and helped locate the bike I wanted to see. I like that they give you the space to walk around on your own without any pressure and sit on any bike you want to try.
Claire came back after I’d had a good look around and we agreed on a fully refundable deposit to reserve the bike I was interested in.

They initially provided a fair value for my bike, but after noting a few minor scuffs, they greatly reduced the offer. They also agreed to financing and had me sign documents and share personal information, only to later say they couldn't proceed because I lacked a valid CBT. Why would I need a CBT if I hadn’t used my bike in over six months? They even asked about my CBT status before checking my credit, to which I replied no.
