I have been asked to buy a dedicated server from a shared Linux server by big rock technical team.2 days ,but no one is replying to my emails where i am asking if propagation is complete.Rather they refuse to come on calls even during emergencies . And they have put my emails on auto reply.There is nothing but worst treatment meeted out to customers at bigrock even after buying the managed server plans! The worst is they are revengeful and see to it that you are harrassed if you complain against their staff. Their teams are all hand in gloves with each other with no kind of professionalism. Seriously feel cheated and harrassed by big rock technical team.
Bigrock is one of the worst service providers in India. The customer support team just keep you on hold for long time just to say that we need to pay support services. Shreyans S is one of the worst customer support executives. He just wasted my valuable time. Bigrock team should remove such worthless people from their team.
Big rock does not have a professional technical team. 'Only their sales team is extremely convincing and you end up buying their products.1)I had been facing server slowness issues on my VPS hosting for over a month. My business got ruined completely since then. They took a month to resolve it. When they did resolve it, they never said what the issue was or how they fixed it. They played safe by not stating that it was indeed their server issue. They fixed it and disappeared.2. Next, for the past few days no one is able to log in to the website with the correct credentials. This has not been solved. They explained this as some firewall issue and today the same issue is back. no sign-ups, login mails, or password reset emails sent! and no support available. You only end up receiving automated emails.3. Also, since yesterday, there are no verification emails being sent to the customers after signing up. This email verification issue existed earlier too , and they had resolved it days ago. it has resurfaced. On their dashboard, they have mentioned that they are experiencing load on outbound email servers and they are working to fix it. When the technical team is approached, they do not state the issue with their servers. When i told the chat support team[ because although they say their support is 24/7, only chat works, but they never get to a solution, but just irritate customers by trying to portray that they did not understand what you tried to say!! So you have to leave the chat after getting you enough frustrated] about the issue with the server connected gsuite emails, they are telling me to contact gsuit. I even told them that all other gsuite emails that i sent directly have no issues, pnly my emails that are going through your servers for verification purpse are not getting through. On that the unprofessional chat person asked me :" Do you think that we are also managing google servers? " Is this how a big rock customer service person should be talking ?They play with words and confuse a non-technical person like me. I just know that this company is not worth investing. I have taken the VPS hosting from them, also the managed SEO and now the managed server. The managed SEO ( MSEO) i have asked for a refund. Its frustrating and one cannot trust the MSEO team as they do not know how to research and sugggest the right set of keywords. I used the Ubersuggest tool and learnt a bit and i ended up guiding them, to which their MSEO team incharge Tanvi labelled me as a DIY for SEO. What ever it is , my DIY did work in helping its highly professional and trained team of SEO experts get the keywords ! Their team wanted me to promote key words for textbooks, when i do not have anything to do with text books. All my SEO efforts would have been ruined, had i not realised it on time. I do not want to associate with big rock in any way. I have 7/8 products with bigrock. But the unprofessional attitude is something that i cannot be with. It has ruined my business for approx 2 months now. I will file law suits if i do not get my MSEO / VPS refund.I am anyways migrating from bigrock. I have shared my experience with bigrock. Please do not buy any of their products.Their managed server and MSEo and VPS Linux are all pathetic. Try out other companies, and share your reviews to help others, just the way I did today.Thanks
ABSOLUTELY avoid at ALL costs - they're a complete scam. They supposedly have a 30 day money back guarantee but good luck getting them to actually give you a refund. I just went ahead and flagged the transaction with my bank. Screw these scam artists.
The cart system didn't work and it put registration fixed at 5 years. After deleting the item from the cart it still showed up so I endeded up buying two services instead of one. Now they say it non-refundable and the chat support is permanently offline.
